So plan your week ahead to make sure you don't miss a workout session.
Personally, I do 2 Silat sessions and 3 or 4 Kickboxing sessions in a week. The Kickboxing sessions are more complete with cardio, weights and calisthenics. Sparring during Kickboxing sessions are intense too.
After a few 3 minute rounds, and taking off those safety gears, my studio top and Muay Thai pants would be soaking wet with sweat.
